Do you agree with the polls?

Francisco Schonhardt: there is no doubt that carl rove will have a 'game' plan in...I think she will surprise people, because she has got to be ticked off by now, and will do well if it turns into a fight/name calling/slug fest..if it is just a knowledge based debate...she's toast

Vita Moodie: I worked for BushTwice.Just saying the same thing over and over and overAnd some people will start thinking it's true.

Janita Tetlow: She has a lot to prove to a lot of people. I doubt she'll be cracking off a bunch of jokes in the debate.

Luke Kosch: Just as soon as we have the straw that breaks the camels back! That's not very far off, and then the D's and R's will never get any votes ever again! They are all lying snake oil salesmen and when that 1 fact hits home it's Katie bar the door!!We have hired arsonists to be our firefighters! They have been paid with bribe/lobby/campaign contributions to burn down the house with us inside. When someone smells the smo! ke and complains. The arsonists yell inside; "Everything is fine we are on the job for you!" "There's nothing to worry about we have everything under control!" BS!!...Show more

Nona Lentini: No. I remember in the last two elections. Don't trust the polls.

Luis Mellon: No, I think she will probably expose Obama, and his connection to the downfall of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. So is Fox News and MSNBC. They showed a video last night, that exposes Obama for the criminal that he is. And they said it will air every night until the election. Doesn't look good for Obama. Democrat for McCain/Palin 2008.

Frances Macky: or will you hear substantive argument?

Torrie Weissenbach: America has finally and fatally been divided into two groups. One roots for this team and the other for that team and the objective is not to make America better and solve the problems of a great nation, but to win the game. Problem is that if the democrats win this one they're go! ing to come into the bleachers and hit their supporters square! ly in the mouth, then steal their wallet.

Dionna Doyel: Well I travel quite a bit and I stay off the Interstate and out of cities.I have been in Small towns all over the US. When I stop it is usually for a few days and spend time getting to know something about the community. I have asked many times if anyone had ever been called about a poll. So far none of them have ever heard from anyone taking a pole and neither have I.So if the poles say they give a good cross section of the US then they have forgotten about the very large number of voters in the small town. What I have heard is that the Majority of these people will be voting for McCain even though they are democrats like myself....Show more

Hans Sachetti: Do you believe that it was somehow ever NOT like that? Do you honestly believe that there has ever been a great society that was not like that? The problem is not an American problem ... it is an innate problem within our species. Of coarse congress acts ! like that ... they are elected .... and they are a perfect representation of what it is to be human ...It is people ... not nations that need to change .......Show more

Nicolas Cooley: damn libs

Kassie Kay: No, I don't

Mohamed Szollosi: people and the economy to suffer so they can try to gain a plitical advantage, how does it make you feel to know that your elected officials are willing to see your family suffer simply because they want a political advantage, when will all Americans demand that they start working together for all mankind.?

Wilmer Skidmore: This is just like Mccain/nobama....SHE can't win,,the media will make sure of that.if Biden shows up and grunts or cough he's the winner. If the media can be bought by the obama threat machine (as it has been) it's up to the PEOPLE to stop him.

Benita Nancy: No... I don't agree with the polls...But more than that, I disagree with your assesment of how they are carried out... You have not st! udied the process, so you assune incorrectly that polls are incorrerct.!

Cody Shimko: No I agree with the Swedes.

Nadia Crauswell: Most polls dating back to 1976 have shown a false high for the Democrats. Not necessarily showing the democrats ahead when they weren't but the end results were less for the Dems then the polls showed.

Mildred Pombo: biased left

Morris Cuomo: I do believe there is a strong link from the Democrat-majority Congress and the current economic situation right before the election. The same people lied to their supporters and told them they would stop the Iraq war just to get votes in 2006. The Democratic leaders care about getting in office, not what happens to our country. They're also suggesting ridiculous and dangerous measures in opening the strategic reserve just to lower oil prices.

Luana Carothers: No, I do not. I never have. They've been wrong in the past.McCain/Palin 2008!

Russ Kiernan: Polls have been tainted as of late, what's amazing is all the idiots that want to blieve! them but don't have the bright idea to even check where the data came from.If you poll a democrat, you'll probably get a vote for Obama, and a republican, probably John McCain...for the most part.So when they show a swelling in the poll's for Obama, yes, some might be due to the moron's that never understood economics 101 and want Obama to "fix" everything...even though his plans are vague, some have been failures from the past and he can't pay for alot of them so they are little more than empty promises. But new's agencies have their loyalties, Reuters is influenced by socialist europe, AP..liberal...CNN...liberal.. but thank GOD they aren't as liberal as international CNN...at least for now.You have to follow the money...who supports these polls, who payed for them, what kind of influence was lended due to the political bias of the people and the owner of the intitute. Zogby is one that doesn't cowtail to anyone, because no one "owns" them.Look how fast the Saturday Night! Live skit got yanked on NBC's site because it mocked george sorrows an! d the couple that bilked Wacovia on the mortgage derivitives. And people dare to say there's no leftist bias ?...Show more

Penelope Armond: I do. they are pretty consistent in their results. In any case, we will see a new Pres. elect in November. If I were a betting person, I would not put any money up against Sen. Obama. The betting parlors would not either. Haven't we had enough of Bushco? Sen. McCain voted with Bushco over 90% of the time. He doesn't sound like much of a maverick to me. Also, I would examine closely his running mate, Gov. Palin. The fact is that Sen. McCain has a malignant melenoma. Survival rate for that most aggressive and serious of all skin cancers is extrmely low, virtually zero. One must really think through whether they would want Gov. Palin to be Pres. For my money, she is a great politician, but an intellectual light weight who would struggle mightily with understanding the complexities of our foreign relations and economy....Sho! w more

Brock Anwar: It's strange that you should mention that because it's been my understanding that every time the members of the democratic part of Congress tries to pass some kind of bill that has some kind of significant advantage for the American people it gets vetoed by the president and the Congress are unable to get enough votes to override the veto.  So how can you blame that on the Congress at all?

Jasper Mangel: Not enough !!!Bush Blamers / Democrats ... TRY to explain this ... 04/13/08 - President Bush Job ApprovalRCP Average Approve 31.0% Disapprove 65.5% Spread -34.5%Congressional Job Approval (DEMOCRATICALLY CONTROLLED) **********RCP Average Approve 22.0% DISAPPROVE 70.0% **********Spread -48.0%Ohhhh ... ...and I have been unable to find the "detailed" chart for this week ... BUT ... THIS WEEK ... The DEMOCRATICALLY CONTROLLED CONGRESS ... has an APPROVAL RATING of 9% ... YIPPEE !!!!.Democrats have to recognize that since the 73rd Congress in ! 1933, ... for a MAJORITY of THE LAST 65 YEARS, ... Democratic Houses of! Representatives and Democratic Senates have ... CONTROLLED the nation and the President. A TOTAL of 38 Sessions ... with Democrats ... in CONTROL for 28 of those!WE need to inform/TELL our political representatives that WE NEED TO PASS a Constitutional Amendment for the LINE ITEM VETO.This will keep the SPECIAL INTEREST GARBAGE from being attached to valuable legislation. If Congress wants to give the president that power, they will have to pass a constitutional amendment, Supreme Justice John Paul Stevens said. "If there is to be a new procedure in which the president will play a different role in determining the text of what may become a law, such change must come not by legislation but through the amendment procedures set forth in Article V of the Constitution," Stevens said, on June 25th, 1998.IF your special interest is SO valuable, why do you have to HIDE it in valuable legislation? So, with them REFUSING to PASS the Line Item Veto, in reality, the House and Senate ha! ve REALLY been controlling the country!!AND, with the CURRENT Senate and Congress having the WORST approval rating in HISTORY, hopefully we will see a LOT of changes after the general elections.A recent Reuters poll is out and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid have pulled an upset: They have managed to make George Walker Bush twice as popular as CONGRESS.RECENTLY - - JUST 13% of Likely Voters now say the DEMOCRATICALLY CONTROLLED Congress is doing a good or excellent job. A recent Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 43% give Congress a poor rating. Those results represent a slight decrease from the previous month, when 15% gave Congress a good or excellent rating. Democrats generally believe in heavy fines for honest work, while rewarding sloth and indulgence. Do YOU think that people should be able to do absolutely nothing productive and get government hand-outs for sloth and indulgence - healthcare, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, STDs, etc. ??Do YOU want to have YOU! R MONEY TAKEN from YOU and YOUR FAMILY to FINANCE these people ???....S! how more

Von Houskeeper: Is there any website you guys know about that just gives the strait up viewpoints on different topics for the 2012 presidential candidates? Just real easy to read opinions on the problems

Autumn Vacio: if sarah palin says anything with substance this thursday i'll give everyone a dollar

Adelle Weight: "when will all Americans demand that they start working together for all mankind.?"...Never,Because we still fight about **** that happened hundreds of years ago, like Slavery, and giving Indians Small pox infested blankets and ****, and don't pay any attention to whats going on today ....Show more

Alexander Villas: Try to google this one. Browsers have a lot of information on many subjects. I have found it very helpful.

Virgil Menefee: They keep polling the same damn people. My Sister likes to give them a hard time. She tells them she's voting for Obama, and she's not. They have called her 6 times in two weeks. And it's t! he same poll. So I know the polls are wrong.

Antonia Mogg: LOL -- I am excited to see the debate - Biden is going to slaughter her like a pig (debate-wise), lipstick or not.

Vida Miss: Well you're all entitled to your opinion, but when Obama wins don't say we didn't warn you.

Malcom Fenoff: It's best to go to each candidate's website. Or you can try realclearpolitics.

Michal Semple: I know Obama should be up more.

Karl Samiec: All the old Democrats like Ted Kennedy and the Clinton's arerich and getting richer on the bad news of the middle classAmericana's..do you really think the Democrat's would allow the Bus administration any kind of good news in the businessor private sector? The Democrats are part of the problemnot part of the solution...Show more

Brian Freedland: Nope! ACORN has messed the polls up big time.

Voncile Slaubaugh: lol I don't agree with the polls.I say the truth will show at the end. It happen in pa! st elections it will happen again. Is just plain truth. And yes th! e polls are based on people that seat to watch tv and wait for welfare lol.CiaoMcCain/Palin...Show more

Dana Russian: I do not know if what you say is true in your question but a march on washington by the millions and a national strike by everyone except emergency and medical personell is needed to stop the looting of the American people and our unborn grandchildren who will pay dearly for the USA's goverment spreading troops all around the world as if there is no end to our money and our blood.

Particia Thorton: Right. A few one-liners, a couple anecdotes about her high school hey days sprinkled with some down home, no-nonsense rhetoric and bingo bango we got ourselves another "one of the people" candidate.

Antone Youla: Good question!!! It sure would be nice for them to work together for the betterment of the people but they are power hungry and elites that really do not give a Cr**.Star for you!!

Lynn Mctier: Nope, don't put much st! ock in them.

Ileen Oshell: I agree with the polls and fyi most polls are done in the evening when the taxpayers get home from work.

Dorris Homola: She's going to debate camp. They'll tell her that she needs to have one such zinger, but that she shouldn't overdo it. They'll tell her to revert back to a standard line (such as "I want to give the government back to the people").They'll warn her to keep saying "John McCain and I" and to save that phrase for very specific moments. They'll arm her with "facts," which aren't actually truthful, but sound good....Show more

Mark Villifana: There are numerous polling companies and they each have slightly different methodologies but they usually end up getting similar results if they are conducted in a scientific manner. People always say polls are not accurate, but look at every presidential election in modern times and the polling that occurred right before the election and they are all within the margin of error.! Vast years and millions of research has gone into polling people in th! e most accurate method, your theory about people being home and that is why they are polled is not really accurate or even based on anything tangibly close to reality. I suggest you educate yourself on polling methods and that they are usually fairly accurate and not come up with ridiculous theories on why a poll that doesn't show what you want is not valid. ...Show more

Patrica Loertscher: I think she'll fumble her way through by beating around the bush on every question, as usual.

Elbert Donatelli: Do you think they have money for a phone on government money, stop being goofy.

Kellie Waycott: How can they afford telephones if they are living on a welfareare you stupid ?

Norris Rosener: No...smart people do there homework! The news media is titled ALOT to the left! Although FOx News seems to be pretty fair. But you asked about the polls..so NOPE I dont at all. They had Kerry up last election and we all know how that turned out! Oh and BTW Obama d! id say today he was gonna be mailing out checks so we can heat our homes this winter! Gimme a friggin break, wonder where that moneys gonna come from! He's a joke!
