Jude Colbenson: The problem with going vegan at 16 is that at that age, your body needs protein that you do not get being vegan. The lack of protein affects the growth plates in your body-particularly in the legs, and will stunt your growth (Ask a pediatrician, he will confirm it). Reasses your beliefs when your doctor tells you that you have stopped growing.
