Any low-cal meal recipes?

Malissa Porth: Breakfast: A cup of oatmeal Lunch: Mozzarella and Tomato sandwich. Use whole wheat bread, (I usually cut the crust)Dinner: Baked Salmon with green salad

Lilli Kochel: greek yogurt nonfat, granola, and fruit

Hye Caulley: South Beach Diet lunch wraps. They are cheap, easily portable (just like Lunchables), and have a good mix of healthy ingredients. I would add a piece of fruit or a small green salad, to round it out, but it's a good base. Something else I have done is take a Lean Cuisine to microwave, and purchased a green veggie, salad or fruit to add to it. It still saves money, but you get a rounded meal. You could even bring the veggie that you cooked at home and zap it with the Lean Cuisine....Show more

Georgianna Zollo: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes_menus/collection...you can get some good recipes from this website

Jarrod Darnall: go to the library and check out either South Beach Living or Atkins. Both have really lovel! y menus and recipes in them. Copy what interests you and then take the books back.I follow the phase 2 food plan in SBL, but phase 3 or 4 in Atkins is the same thing. Worry about the grams of carb you are eating and the calories will take care of themselves....Show more
