You have to consider they have to redo the electric and plumbing, making sure every hookup is in the right spot. Personally I would accept the price, you're not going to find a better price assuming the people who quoted this price is licensed and insured
Laveta Fathy: sounds pretty cheap for that much workmake sure the contractor is licensed and insured along with all building permits and inspections done
