Barrett Zheng: I studied abroad in Rome and it was really nice...but honestly, anywhere in Europe is a nice "get-away experience" for the average college American student. If I were you, I would stick to going to Seville....just because, as an American, learning the Spanish language will open more opportunities for you. Italian is a beautiful language, I speak it fluently, but I would save that experience for a honeymoon/vacation type of getaway.
