Clifford Riggleman: The rail link runs along the north side of Petchburi Rd. through that part of Bangkok and is very close to where Soi Chitlom and Petchburi Rd. intersect. Almost all of the heavy construction for the terminals and the elevated rails is completed though, and even if you lived close to the rail link north of Petchburi Rd. I doubt if the noise from the remaining construction would be much of a problem. Good luck.
Roselee Mczeal: Chitlom and airport rail link are in different areas. Airport rail link is from makkason to airport, no any part of the route get close to Chitlom area.I don't know which area of Chitlom you will be. If in Soi Chitlom, you wouln't get any impact.Skytrain is running along Sukumvit Road across Chitlom area, not airport rail link.Anyway, noise control of construction sites in Bangkok, especially big project, need to meet environmental standrad otherwise the project must be halted.Don't be worried.Have a great time....Show more!
Neely Youngblut: Shitlom - you say??
Byron Fortmann: You been given some bad information. Your no where near the airport rail link. The heavy construction you may see is building more condos. You will be near the sky train which is a good thing.
Anton Waln: Bangkok is pretty noisy all over. I wouldn't worry about a little construction.
Todd Stogner: chidlom is not near the airport rail linkyou can stay no noisy
