What the difference between moped and motorcycle and?

Pattie Vold: A moped i! s a cycle with pedals and a small petrol engine attached. It is started by pedalling. A motorcycle does not have pedals and is started by a kick starter or electric ignition.

Monty Sieloff: A moped has pedals. A scooter is step though twist a go.
